We now launch VOICESAFE on the market, a mobile safe for secrets on the iPhone which only can be opened by the voice of the iPhone’s owner. ”Forget your passwords. This is more secure. Your voice is your passport“, is VOICETRUST’s clear advice.

VOICESAFE for iPhone© is now available in the iTunes AppStore. A free-of-charge version can be downloaded for testing the software within a four-weeks’ period. As of 12 June 2009, the unlimited version of VOICESAFE will be offered for sale (more info on www.voicesafe.info)

VOICESAFE stores PIN numbers of credit or debit cards, passwords for logins and simply secrets of all kinds – including the birthday surprise for your beloved one. When activating the VOICESAFE for the first time the user will be asked to record a sentence he/she would like to use as passphrase (e.g. “My voice is my passport”). The software then generates a voice profile to doubtlessly differentiate the iPhone’s owner from third party. The personal secrets stored on the mobile device will be displayed only after the iPhone application has both recognized the voice and the passphrase. Just try it on your own!

02 Mascot TRUSTY

A new logo, friendly colors, a new website. VOICETRUST has a new corporate design – also in the Web. Thank you for sending in so many emails and placing so many calls about TRUSTY! We have to admit that we at first were not quite sure: Is it appropriate for a „serious organization“ in the field of voice biometrics to deliver its topics even in an entertaining and cheeky way?

TRUSTY’s profession is robot. He is starring in our new video series “The Voices”, side by side with opera singer Yvonne Madrid. This is a series of short films in which extraordinary voices from all over the world embody the uniqueness of human voice. What is more, TRUSTY and Yvonne are not only present on the new VOICETRUST website, but also live on YOUTUBE. A Beagle Boy tries to outsmart TRUSTY. What he does not know: TRUSTY doubtlessly recognizes people by their voice. The Beagle Boy observes opera singer Yvonne Madrid and tries to imitate her wonderful voice in order to get her money which is stored in TRUSTY’s VOICESAFE. Now on YOUTUBE. 03 Password Reset

One third of the calls to companies’ in-house IT hotlines are made because employees have locked themselves out of the system. But this procedure can be fully automated with the help of voice authentication – with the VOICETRUST Password Reset solution.

And here is how it works: The user calls the Password Reset service and states his/her staff ID. The system guides the caller through the voice authentication process and verifies the user’s authorizations. The user defines the applications to which Password Reset shall apply. The server with admin rights instantly resets the password. Both, resetting the password and issuing a new one, is done automatically and the new password is announced directly over the phone. The user then enters the new password and can continue to work right away.
